Sahl Health offers the convenience of getting medical tests at your home or office, doing away with long queues and waiting times at hospital laboratories

The Mobile Laboratory Service is first booked on the website, by specifying the type of test and indicating your location and time. Upon booking, medical personnel will be sent to your location to collect samples, which will then be transported to a laboratory for processing. The results will then be sent to you through email or your preferred method of communication. Payment is done later after sample collection./li>

This service is currently only available within Nairobi and its environs.

Wellness packages are grouped lab tests that are related to the ailment you seek to test for as routine or provide status of a particular organ, for example, all tests associated with kidney diseases. Liver diseases, Thyroid diseases

Pre-negotiated price options are prices for medical services you are interested in accessing that have been lowered as a result of a deal between Sahl Health and Healthcare providers.

If you already know the services you need and how much they will cost through benchmarking but you would want a better deal, particularly for specialized services, treatment packages, surgical packages. Sahl Health gives you the option to bid or offer your price on rates. We send your offer to 3-4 health providers and you choose from the ones that accept. Sahl health personnel can also help you still receive the services you want by negotiating with the healthcare provider about how much you are willing to spend.

A rebate lowers the price of outpatient treatments within a package therefore you have no reason for not seeking medical attention because of unpredictable high costs

Each healthcare provider has their pre-negotiated prices uploaded on our system. You can view the price ranges of each healthcare provider but individual prices can only be seen on your profile after you have chosen a provider.

Registration to be a Member of Sahl Health is FREE and an easy one-time process. Simply enter your information on the registration form, select your account type, and create a password, and upon creation of your account, you will be given a membership number.

2. Individual Membership – Individuals seeking medical services who want to open an account to enjoy low-cost services
3. Corporate Membership – companies or organization seeking medical services for their workers to open a corporate account

2. Members enjoy rebate model or access medical services within their budget when they visit a healthcare provider
3. Furthermore, if necessary, we can negotiate a medical bill on your behalf as a member after you receive medical attention from one of our medical providers.
4. Members can also submit bids or offer their prices for costly services to get the best price before its done
5. Members will be able to know the price range (min and max price) charged for particular service for you to make informed choice
6. Members enjoy access to our network of medical providers across the country, including your favorite provider who have subsidized their prices through our platform.

For employers who want to provide medical protection for their employees without incurring the costs of insurance coverage, Corporate Membership is an option. Corporate Membership offers the following benefits:

2. Health Education packages - Subsidized costs on checkups and advice from nutritionists and health coaches
3. Onsite tests - Arrange for tests, such as a Covid-19 Test at the comfort of your office for your employees
4. Network of Health Providers – Choose from our pool of health providers where your employees shall seek medical service, we have already done the dirty work for you
5. Direct Contracting - Enjoy already pre negotiated prices on medical services through our health provider network

After generating an invoice on our system for the services you have received, you shall then proceed to pay the health provider the exact amount. For mobile laboratory services payment you pay directly to our various account details on receiving the service

Before payment the provider shall prompt an OTP secured code generated and send to your mobile number or email which you shall use to confirm payment

The health provider before prompting the OTP secure code must upload their system invoice. This can be easily compared against our system invoice and prices that are agreed with the provider. If there is a difference the member shall be refunded within 24 hrs the excess amount
